“It is not that we have a short space of time, but that we waste much of it. Life is long enough, and it has been given in sufficiently generous measure to allow the accomplishment of the very greatest things if the whole of it is well invested. But when it is squandered in luxury and carelessness, when it is devoted to no good end, forced at last by the ultimate necessity we perceive that it has passed away before we were aware that it was passing.” Seneca

Each of us are given an unknown amount of time to live our lives. For some of us we may have a very long life. Some of us may not. But one thing that is true for all of us….none of us know exactly how much time we have. If we waste it, we can never get it back. The idea that life is limited to only a certain amount of years magnifies the importance of living each day to the fullest. A half lived life is one of the scariest lives that can be lived.
The average person has 86,400 seconds each day, 21,600 breathes in a day, and 50,000 thoughts in a day. What you do with each of those is your choice and your life. Make them count!
